Is language a barrier in ladyboy dating
They say love is the language that the heart speaks. True! With no doubt, I agree with it. But this is not the type of language that I want to talk about. I am talking about the language that people use to communicate on their daily lives. Knowing that ladyboy dating often starts online, and people you meet online may not speak the same language as you do.
Most speak English and it can be their mother tongue, some know how to speak a little English, but few can hardly communicate using the English language. So my question is, does language a barrier in finding love especially in dating a ladyboy? Here is my thought about it.
Language barrier a barrier to love
On a technical note, undeniably it is a barrier. When one party speaks only French, and the other do not, nor can understand, then more likely you will have challenges in communicating, and more so it will make it difficult for both parties to get to know each other. Please do not tell me that sending flirts and smilies help, because this only works when you are getting someone’s attention. How about the real talk? When two people start exchanging words through chat or email.
You cannot randomly answer someone who asks “Comment ça va?“, though google translator will tell you that it means “How are you?” in French, so you can answer “I am okay“. However you wanted to continue the conversation, you do not want to stop especially if you really like this person. Believe it or not you will do everything to know someone you really like. Though I admit that if you two do no speak the same language then it can be discouraging.
Thai ladyboy and language barrier
Take for example ladyboys from Thailand. A lot of them would like to find a boyfriend, however there are only few Thai men who are open to dating transgender women, hence they try their luck to date open minded foreigners, but Thai ladyboys can hardly get in touch with one because most of them can hardly speak English. Moreover they have a different style of writing because they use Thai characters, now you can see this is making things very complicated.
How to find a ladyboy girlfriend amidst the language barrier
Is it really possible to find love even if two people speak different language? Of course! As the saying goes: if there is a way then there is a will. Google Translator can be a big help, accompany it with patience then two parties can meet half way. On the other hand, one of you can go the extra mile and learn the language of the ladyboy you like (or the gentleman you like).
This is the reason why we incorporated a translation tool on our messaging system. At least as a transgender dating site this is one of our features to help break the language barrier. A feature that will not stop you from communicating with someone you like.
Language barrier is not a hindrance for us to be innovative in finding ways to build bridges to help people connect with one another and get to know each other. We make our dating site an easy way to communicate with people all over the world regardless of gender, ethnicity, the language they speak, and etc.
Myladyboydate.com is made by love, knowing that this was founded and created by yours truly, together with my partner. Thus we believe that love is not only the language that heart speaks but in love you will also conquer everything against all odds.
This can great BIG problems. To assume they now know what you talked about is a mistake. In fact google can change what you said into something that ends up being insulting. It can also give the impression that you have promised something when the opposite is true.
Google translate may be good with some languages but it is terrible with Thai. It is very disappointing to be sitting beside the person you like/love and write a caring message into google, have them read it and see their facial expression turn into sadness or anger because google has screwed up the translation once again.
